What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our standard MOQ is 20 pieces per colour or design for most silk and cashmere scarves. For custom woven labels and packaging, the practical minimum is around 300–500 pieces per design. Smaller test runs are often possible — ask us.
Do you offer private label / OEM?
Yes. We print your artwork, sew your woven label, attach your swing tag and pack to your specification. The scarf on your shelf carries your brand, not ours.
Can I get a sample before bulk?
Yes. We produce a physical sample in about 7–10 days. Sample cost is deducted from your first bulk order once you confirm.
What materials do you work with?
Mulberry silk (twill, chiffon, satin, crepe de chine), cashmere, modal, wool and blends — in prints, jacquard weaves and plain dyes.
What are your production lead times?
Bulk production typically takes 7–14 days after sample approval, depending on print and finishing. Peak season (autumn/winter) can extend this — we confirm a date when you order.
How is quality controlled?
Every order is inspected against an agreed AQL standard before dispatch. We check fabric weight, colour, print registration, hemming and labelling.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide by express (DHL/FedEx/UPS) or air/sea freight for larger volumes. We can quote door-to-door (DDP) or FOB.
How do I pay?
We accept T/T bank transfer, PayPal and other methods. A 30% deposit to start production, balance before shipment — flexible for repeat clients.
Can you match a Pantone colour or an existing design?
Yes, we colour-match to Pantone references and can reproduce or adapt an existing design you send us.
Do you protect my designs?
Yes. Your designs and pricing are confidential. We do not resell client artwork or list custom products publicly.
