Shipping & Duties

We ship worldwide by express courier (DHL / FedEx / UPS) or, for larger volumes, by air or sea freight.

Shipping options

• Express courier — 3–7 business days, door-to-door. Best for samples and small orders.
• Air freight — 7–12 days. Economical for mid-size orders.
• Sea freight — 25–40 days. Lowest cost for large volumes.

Incoterms

We quote FOB (China) by default. We can also quote DDP (door-to-door, duties and taxes included) on request — useful if you prefer a single landed price.

Import duties and taxes

Unless you choose DDP, the buyer is responsible for import duties, VAT/GST and any customs fees in the destination country. Rates vary by country and product classification (HS code 6214 for scarves and shawls). We provide commercial invoices and packing lists with every shipment.

Tracking

Every shipment is supplied with a tracking number once dispatched.
