Realistic minimum orders for stock and custom scarves, and how private label works.

Minimum order quantity (MOQ) depends on whether you are buying stock or custom. On our side, the site-wide MOQ is 20 pieces per colour — one of the lowest in the scarf trade — so a test order is genuinely affordable.
Stock designs carry the lowest MOQ — 20 pieces per colour across our 1,000+ in-stock designs. No setup cost, faster lead time (3–7 days).
Custom digital prints typically start around 20–100 pieces per design, with a small plate/setup fee. Sampling first is standard.
Your woven label, swing tag and packaging are usually added from a few hundred pieces per design. Woven labels are produced in bulk (typically 1,000+ per design), so plan labels across multiple runs.
Pricing is tiered by quantity — the per-piece price steps down at 100, 500 and 1,000 pieces. You will see the exact numbers on any product page. As a rule: start with stock designs, test your market, then move to custom print and finally full private label as volumes grow.
If you are unsure of quantities, ask us directly — we quote honestly for smaller test runs rather than forcing a high MOQ.
