What size is a standard silk scarf?

Silk scarves come in a few standard cuts, and the size you stock depends on how your customer wears them:

  • 46 × 46 cm — a small pocket square or neckerchief.
  • 53 × 53 cm — a hand-bandana or small square.
  • 90 × 90 cm — the classic silk square, worn at the neck, on the head or on a bag.

The 90 × 90 cm square is the universal classic; it is the most versatile and the most stocked in our silk scarf range. We cut to your spec, so if your market wants a 68 cm or a 110 cm square we make it from a 20-piece minimum. See the sizing guide for the full vocabulary.
