From wholesale cost to keystone and beyond, with the margins that actually work.

The retail scarf margin is unusually forgiving — a low wholesale cost and a premium perceived value leave room for a healthy markup. Here is the arithmetic.
Our pricing is tiered: the per-piece price steps down at 100, 500 and 1,000 pieces from a 20-piece start. Buy at a higher tier and your margin widens. Check the live numbers on any product page.
A common starting point is 2× cost (keystone), but silk and cashmere routinely support 2.5×–4× at retail because the perceived value is high. A scarf bought at $8 can retail at $24–$32 without resistance when the colour story and presentation are right.
Landed cost (goods + freight + duties) is the number to mark up, not the FOB price alone — choose DDP to know it exactly. Add gift packaging to justify the top of the range.
Lead with low-cost squares for volume and mulberry silk for margin, then ask us to cost a range at your target retail.
