Can you weave a personalised name into a scarf?
Yes, names can be woven in, but character count and repeat affect minimums and lead time

Yes, we can weave a personalised name or short text into a scarf. This is done on a jacquard loom, where the name is woven into the fabric as part of the design. The text becomes an integral part of the scarf, not an add-on.
There are design constraints. The character count is limited by the available space and the weave structure. Typically, a name or short phrase of up to 10-15 characters can be accommodated, but this depends on the font size and placement. The repeat of the name across the scarf also affects the design; a single placement is simpler than an all-over repeat.
Woven personalisation increases the minimum order quantity. Because the loom setup is specific to each name, you would need a minimum of 20 pieces per name per design. For multiple names, each name is treated as a separate design, so the minimum applies to each.
Lead time also increases. The setup for a woven name adds time to the sampling and production process. We recommend allowing an extra 3-5 days for sampling and confirming the design before bulk production. The exact lead time is confirmed at the order stage.
