Can you make a reversible winter scarf?
Yes, reversible scarves are made double-faced and carry a higher minimum and cost

Yes, we can produce reversible winter scarves. A reversible scarf is normally made as a double-faced construction: two fabrics joined back to back, or a single woven fabric with two distinct faces, then closed along the edges. This gives a clean finish on both sides and lets you show a different colour or pattern on each face.
Fabric and labour - double-faced construction uses roughly twice the fabric of a single-layer scarf and adds a joining and closing step, so both material and labour cost are higher than a standard winter scarf.
Design implication - the two faces must be planned together. If you want a different colour on each side, both colourways must be ordered, and the design should avoid heavy patterns that show through or add bulk at the seam.
Minimum - because reversible styles are more complex, a higher minimum applies than for a plain scarf. The exact minimum depends on the fabric and construction and is confirmed at sample stage.
