What shawl size works best for a wedding or occasion?
Match the size to how it is worn, then allow the full sample and production window

For a wedding or occasion, 100x200 cm and above is the usual choice, because it can be wrapped over the shoulders or draped over a dress without slipping. Smaller squares read as a neck accessory rather than a wrap.
How it is worn - a shawl from 100x200 cm upward covers the upper back and arms when folded and pinned, which is what most bridal and evening use requires. A 90x90 cm classic silk square is more versatile for daywear but too small to serve as a shoulder wrap.
Fibre - silk gives the drape and lustre that photographs well for evening and summer weddings. Cashmere and cashmere-wool blends suit autumn and winter ceremonies and give more warmth for the same coverage.
Colour palette - ivory, champagne, blush, sage and deep jewel tones are the colours typically requested for occasion work. Each colour carries its own 20-piece minimum, so a multi-colour bridal order should be planned around that.
Lead time - allow 7-10 days for a custom sample, then 7-14 days for bulk production after approval, plus shipping: express 3-7 days, air freight 7-12 days, sea freight 25-40 days. Build in extra time for the autumn/winter peak.
