What is the lead time for bridal shawls in wedding season?

Plan on 7-10 days for a custom sample and 7-14 days for bulk production after sample approval, with longer times during the autumn and winter peak.

Sample stage - 7-10 days. The sample cost is credited against the bulk order, so it is not a sunk cost.

Bulk stage - 7-14 days after approval. Wedding season overlaps the autumn and winter peak, when the factory is busiest, so treat the upper end as the working figure.

Shipping - express 3-7 days, air freight 7-12 days, sea freight 25-40 days. For a fixed wedding date, use express or air.

Advice - book early and approve the sample quickly. A fixed date leaves no room for a re-cut, so confirm colour, size and border registration at sample stage.
