What is the MOQ for screen-printed versus digital-printed twillies?
Digital print starts from our standard low minimum, screen print needs a larger run per colourway

Digital print starts from our standard low minimum of 20 pieces per colour per design. Screen print runs from the same low minimum, but a larger run per design and colourway is more economic.
Digital print - no screens to make, so short runs and multiple colourways are practical. This suits test orders, small ranges and designs you expect to change often.
Screen print - a screen is prepared for each colour in the artwork. The setup is spread across the run, so the cost per piece falls as the quantity rises. On a small run the setup dominates; on a large run screen print is usually the cheaper route and gives strong, opaque colour.
Pricing is tiered and steps down at 100, 500 and 1,000 pieces from a 20-piece start. Send us the design, the number of colours and your target quantity and we will confirm which method is more economic at that volume.
