What is the reorder process for a twilly design?

To reorder a twilly design, quote your original order reference or the design code and colourway, and we will pull the existing print file and production record. Because the artwork, colour matching and finishing specification are already approved, a repeat order skips the sampling stage and moves straight to bulk scheduling.
What to reference - the design code, the colourway name or number, the size (5-8 cm wide by 86-120 cm long), the fabric and the momme. If you have the original sample or a photo, send it as a cross-check.
Why a repeat is faster - no new sample is needed, so the 7-10 day sample window is removed. Stock orders ship in 3-7 days; bulk production runs 7-14 days after approval, longer in the autumn/winter peak.
Minimum - the reorder minimum is 20 pieces per colour per design, the same as a first order. Colours and designs can be mixed to reach 20.
If you want to change the colourway or fabric, treat it as a new development and allow for a fresh sample.
