How many twillies fit in one carton?

The exact carton count is confirmed at order stage, because it depends on how the twillies are folded and packed rather than on the twilly size alone.

Twillies are narrow and light, so they pack densely. The calculation path is straightforward: take the carton internal dimensions, work out how many folded twillies fit per layer, multiply by the number of layers, then allow for any inner bag or gift box. A pre-tied band packs differently from a flat 5-8 cm x 86-120 cm strip.

Flat packed - highest count per carton, lowest freight volume.

Rolled or boxed - lower count per carton, better presentation, more carton volume.
