Do you ship directly to my customers or offer drop-shipping?

We do not operate a consumer drop-shipping service. We ship wholesale orders to the address you nominate, which can be your own warehouse, your fulfilment partner, or a third-party logistics (3PL) provider. From there, you or your 3PL handle the final delivery to your customers.

If you want the shipment to go directly to your 3PL for onward fulfilment, that is straightforward. Provide the 3PL's address and any inbound requirements, such as carton labelling, ASN, or booking procedures, at order stage. We supply a commercial invoice and packing list with every shipment, and the HS code for scarves and shawls is 6214.

Blind-shipping, where our name does not appear on the paperwork or cartons, needs to be agreed in advance. We can omit our branding from the outer carton and use your label, but the export documents must still show the shipper and consignee for customs. Tell us your requirements before the order is packed so we can set it up correctly.
