Can I mix scarf designs and materials in a single production run?
Yes, but different fabrics and print methods need separate setup and scheduling

Yes, you can mix designs and materials in one order, but they are produced as separate runs and the lead time reflects the most complex item. The minimum is 20 pieces per colour per design, and colours and designs can be mixed to reach that. Different fabrics, however, are woven or sourced separately and cannot be run as one continuous batch.
How combinations schedule:
- Same fabric, different prints - run together well; digital print setup is per design, so each design still needs its own file and strike-off.
- Different fabrics - separate weaving or sourcing, separate cutting and finishing, so they add to the timeline.
- Different print methods - digital and screen print have different setups; screen print needs a larger run per design and colourway to be economic.
For a mixed order, we confirm the critical path at order stage: the item with the longest production time sets the shipment date. If you need a partial shipment, tell us and we will quote it separately. Mixing materials is practical, but it is not a way to shorten lead time.
