What material are bandanas made from?
Cotton, cotton-linen, silk-feel polyester and silk — and when to use each.
Bandanas are made from whatever serves the price point and use. Our square scarves and bandanas run across four fibres:
- Cotton — absorbent, classic, the traditional bandana.
- Cotton-linen — a crisper, breathable, more premium feel.
- Silk-feel polyester — the sheen of silk at a fraction of the cost, for volume fashion and promos.
- Mulberry silk — luxury, for the gift and boutique market.
