Can you make extra-long winter scarves for tall customers?

Yes. Extra-long winter scarves are cut to your specified length from the standard minimum of 20 pieces per colour per design. There is no fixed upper limit in our standard range, but longer lengths consume more fabric and therefore change the price.

How length affects price - a scarf that is 20-30 cm longer than standard uses proportionally more yarn and loom time. The increase is modest at 100 pieces and above, but noticeable at the 20-piece minimum because the setup cost is spread over fewer units.

What to specify - give us the finished length and width in cm, the desired drape, and whether the scarf needs a fringe, hem or tassel finish. We will confirm the exact fabric consumption and price at sample stage.

Markets that want it - northern European, North American and Australian buyers often order 180-200 cm lengths for tall customers or for a double-wrap look. Asian and southern European markets typically stay closer to 160-180 cm.

Extra-long neck scarves are a separate product with their own construction, so confirm which format you need when enquiring.
