What is the MOQ for a custom jacquard woven scarf?
A bespoke woven pattern needs a far larger run than printing, confirmed against your artwork

A custom jacquard woven scarf carries a substantially higher minimum than a printed scarf, because the loom setup is dedicated to your pattern and yarn colours.
Our published minimum of 20 pieces per colour per design applies to stock and printed goods. Weaving a bespoke jacquard motif is a different process: warp preparation, yarn dyeing and loom programming all have to be committed before the first metre is woven, so the economic run per design and colourway is much larger.
The exact minimum depends on the design itself. Repeat size, the number of yarn colours, the yarn count and the finished dimensions all change how the loom is set up and how much waste the run produces.
Send us the artwork and the target size and we will confirm the minimum for that specific design before you commit. If the volume a jacquard needs does not suit your programme, a printed scarf on stock fabric reaches the same market at the 20-piece minimum.
