Can winter scarves carry a knitted-in brand logo?
Yes, a knitted-in logo is possible, but the artwork must be simplified and minimums are higher

Yes. A knitted-in logo is made on the knitting machine itself, so the brand mark is formed from the same yarn as the scarf rather than applied afterwards.
How it is made - the logo is programmed into the knit structure as a jacquard or intarsia block, using a contrast yarn. It sits flush with the surface and cannot peel or wash off.
Design constraint - knit stitches are coarse compared with print or embroidery. Fine detail, thin strokes, small text and gradients do not reproduce. Supply a simplified, high-contrast version of the mark, and expect the smallest legible text to be considerably larger than on a printed label.
Effect on minimum - a knitted-in logo needs its own machine programme and a yarn set-up per colourway, so the minimum is higher than for a plain scarf and higher than for a sewn woven label. Woven labels are typically ordered at 1,000+ per design and reused across runs, which is the cheaper route if the logo only needs to appear on a folded edge.
Send the artwork and we will confirm what the knit can hold and the minimum for your colourway at quotation stage.
