Standard export packing for a bulk twilly order is individual polybag, then inner box, then export carton. Twillys are 5-8 cm wide by 86-120 cm long, so they are usually folded or rolled before bagging.
Individual polybag - one twilly per bag as standard. A hang tag or size sticker can be added if you specify it.
Inner box - bags are packed into inner boxes for protection and easy counting. The quantity per inner box is set to suit your retail or warehouse handling.
Export carton - inner boxes are packed into a export carton with a packing list. Carton marks and shipping marks are applied to your instruction.
Retail-ready versus bulk - tell us at order stage which you need. Retail-ready packing with your own label and packaging is most practical from a few hundred pieces per design. Exact carton dimensions and weights are confirmed at order stage.
