Can twillies be printed on both sides?
Double-sided print is possible on twillies but alignment and cost need to be agreed first

Yes, double-sided printing is possible, but on a narrow twilly it is technically harder than on a large square and the cost is higher.
The main issue is registration. On a 5-8 cm width there is very little margin, so the front and back prints must be aligned to each other within a tight tolerance. Any drift shows immediately at the edge. The fabric also has to pass through the process twice, which adds handling and raises the risk of a rejected piece.
It is worth doing when the design is genuinely two-sided, for example a contrasting reverse, a logo on the back, or a colourway that changes when the twilly is knotted. If the reverse is never seen, single-sided print with a plain reverse is the more economical choice.
Send the artwork for both faces and we will confirm feasibility and pricing at sample stage.
