What is the lead time for a custom hair accessory order?

For a custom hair accessory order, allow 7-10 days for the sample and then 7-14 days for bulk production after you approve it. This is the same sequence as our other made-to-order items, but the smaller piece size means an accessory run can often be scheduled alongside larger production without adding time.

Sample stage - 7-10 days. The sample cost is credited against the bulk order, so the sampling step is not a sunk cost if you proceed.

Bulk stage - 7-14 days after sample approval. During the autumn/winter peak, production takes longer, so build in a margin if your delivery window is tight.

Stock options - if you can work with an existing design and colour from our 1,000+ in-stock designs, dispatch is 3-7 days instead.

Shipping then adds express 3-7 days, air freight 7-12 days or sea freight 25-40 days. For a small accessory order, express is usually the practical choice.
