What is the difference between cotton, cotton-linen and silk-feel polyester for bandanas?
Hand feel, print behaviour and price differ sharply across the three substrates

The three substrates differ mainly in hand feel, how they take print, and where they sit on price.
Cotton - a soft, matte, absorbent fabric with a familiar everyday handle. It prints cleanly and takes dye well, and it suits bandanas that will be worn, knotted and washed often.
Cotton-linen - the linen adds a drier, slightly crisper handle and a visible slub texture. It gives a more natural, premium look, but the texture can soften fine detail in a print, so it suits bolder or more open artwork.
Silk-feel polyester - a smooth, fluid fabric with a sheen closer to silk. It prints with strong colour and fine detail and holds a crisp edge, but it is polyester and we always label it as polyester, never as silk.
Price positioning - cotton and cotton-linen sit at accessible price points, while silk-feel polyester sits between them and true silk. Exact pricing depends on the fabric weight and the print method, and is confirmed at quotation.
End use - cotton for everyday and promotional bandanas, cotton-linen for a natural fashion look, and silk-feel polyester where you want a silk-like drape at a lower cost.
