What is the difference between a bandana headband and a silk headband?
A bandana headband is a folded square, a silk headband is a structured band with an elastic or tie

A bandana headband is a square scarf folded into a triangle and tied, while a silk headband is a constructed band with a defined shape. The difference is construction and look, not just fabric.
Bandana headband - made from a 46-53 cm square, folded on the diagonal and tied at the back. It gives a soft, casual, adjustable fit and shows the printed design across the top of the head. It is the lower-cost option because it uses the same square as the rest of the range.
Silk headband - a structured band, either a narrow 5-8 cm pre-tied band or a wider shaped band with an internal support and an elastic or tie closure. It holds its shape, sits flat against the hair and reads as a more finished accessory.
Price - the bandana headband follows the square scarf price band, while the structured headband carries additional making cost. Exact pricing is confirmed at quotation.
Minimums - both start at 20 pieces per colour per design, and custom sizes are cut to spec from the standard minimum.
