Can you make a headband with a bow or knot detail?
Yes, bow and knot details are made as a separate piece and attached during finishing

Yes. A bow or knot detail is made as a separate piece and attached during finishing, so it can be added to either a bandana-fold headband or a structured silk headband.
How it is formed - the bow or knot is cut from the same cloth as the band, folded and stitched into shape, then hand-attached at the join. On a pre-tied band the knot is set at the front or side; on a tie band the bow is formed by the wearer.
Effect on the minimum - the detail is part of the design, so the 20-piece per colour per design minimum still applies. If the bow uses a second colour or a contrast print, that is a separate colour line and carries its own minimum.
Effect on lead time - the added hand work extends finishing. A custom sample takes 7-10 days, and bulk production runs 7-14 days after sample approval, longer during the autumn/winter peak. The exact allowance for a hand-attached bow is confirmed at sample stage.
Sampling - approve the bow size, position and attachment on the sample, and the sample cost is credited against the bulk order.
