Can you produce silk scarves on a small-batch restock basis?

Yes, we can produce small-batch restocks. A repeat order runs from the same 20-piece-per-colour-per-design minimum as a first order, and because the artwork and specification are already approved, it moves faster than a new development.

How a repeat differs - there is no new sample stage if the design and colourway are unchanged, so the order goes straight to production. Bulk production is 7-14 days after approval, longer during the autumn/winter peak.

Stock items - if the design is one of our 1,000+ in-stock designs, a restock can ship in 3-7 days rather than going through production.

Practical limits - this is small-batch production, not true on-demand. Each colour and design still needs 20 pieces, and colours and designs can be mixed to reach that per-colour minimum. Below 20 pieces per colour we cannot run a batch economically.

Planning - for a fast-moving line, hold a small buffer of your best sellers and restock in 20-piece colour blocks. That keeps the minimum workable while avoiding a large commitment on slower colours.
