YANYAN manufactures silk wraps in its own workshop in Hefei, Anhui, China — no trading company in between. A wrap is the broadest silk piece we make, cut for draping open over the shoulders.

Made in Our Own Workshop

A wrap is the largest drape in the silk range, worn open over the shoulders or wrapped round the body as a light layer. Because the panel is broad and falls in folds, we cut it from a generous twill so the fabric holds its shape rather than collapsing. Material can be silk for an evening sheen, or wool and blends for day-time warmth.

We make each order to your specification — fabric, size, print and finish. The wide, flat surface suits large-scale prints and framed borders, which is why gift and eveningwear buyers often use a wrap as the centrepiece of a range. It is an occasion piece, and presentation lifts the price.

Ordering and Lead Times

From stock, the minimum is 20 pcs per colour, and stock items ship in days. For a custom design the minimum is 100 pcs, with mixed colours and designs combining toward that figure. Samples take 7-10 days; bulk production runs 7-14 days after sample approval. Price breaks start at 20-99 pcs list, drop about 17% at 100-499, about 28% at 500-999 and about 33% at 1000+.
