How We Make a Winter Scarf That Sells

Our winter scarves are made from wool or a knit blend, with a warm knit or twill construction that gives the weight and softness cold-weather buyers expect. We cut each scarf long and wide so it can wrap thick around the neck, and we offer plaid, striped and solid finishes to cover the classic winter looks. Wool, cashmere blends and heavy knits are all options, depending on the warmth level and price point you need.

Because this is a factory-direct product, your artwork, labels and packing are handled in-house at YANYAN. There is no trading company in between, so you can discuss fibre, weight and finish directly with the people making the scarves.

Ordering, Lead Times and Price Breaks

For stock colours, the minimum is 20 pcs per colour, and mixed colours or designs combine toward the minimum. Custom orders start at 100 pcs per design. Samples take 7-10 days, bulk production runs 7-14 days after sample approval, and stock items ship in days. Pricing drops as volume grows: 100-499 pcs is about 17% lower than list, 500-999 pcs about 28% lower, and 1000+ about 33% lower.
