How we handle quality issues on wholesale orders.
Every order is inspected against an agreed AQL standard before shipping, so defects are caught before they leave the factory. If a genuine manufacturing fault slips through, we will replace the defective pieces or issue a credit on your next order — reported promptly, with photos, so we can trace it.
