What is the lead time for a 5,000 piece silk scarf order?

Bulk production runs take 7-14 days after sample approval, and a 5,000 piece order is scheduled within that framework rather than quoted as a fixed number of days.

Quantity changes scheduling in two ways. First, a larger run occupies more loom and finishing time, so it is booked into the production plan rather than started on demand. Second, the autumn and winter peak is the busiest period of the year, and runs placed then take longer than the same run placed in a quieter month.

Sample stage - a custom sample takes 7-10 days, and the sample cost is credited against the bulk order.

Bulk stage - 7-14 days after sample approval, with the exact start date confirmed once the deposit is received and the sample is signed off.

Repeat or larger runs - these are scheduled into the same plan, so the dispatch date is agreed at order stage rather than assumed.

We do not publish a per-quantity lead time table, because the real constraint is the production slot, not the piece count alone. Confirm the required dispatch date when you place the order and we will confirm whether that slot is available.
