Why Dyeing Decides a Solid Scarf

A solid scarf carries no print, so the colour and the sheen are the whole design. With nothing to distract the eye, even and saturated dyeing is what makes the square look rich instead of flat, and hand feel is what sells it a second time.

We make these in a twill or satin construction, typically at 90x90 cm, in mulberry silk. Because there is no artwork to approve, the dye lot is the sample: once you sign off on the colour, bulk follows the same recipe. That makes a solid square the most direct way to build a coordinated palette of scarves.

Made in Our Own Workshop, to Your Spec

YANYAN is the manufacturer, not a trading company, so a solid scarf order runs through our own workshop from dyeing to finishing. Minimums are 20 pcs per colour from stock, or 100 pcs per design for a custom order, and mixed colours combine toward the minimum. Samples take 7-10 days and bulk production 7-14 days after approval, while stock items ship in days. Price breaks step down at 100, 500 and 1000 pieces, so a solid palette is straightforward to scale.
