From Artwork to a 90x90 cm Silk Square

At YANYAN the printed scarf begins with the file you send and finishes as a 90x90 cm square in mulberry silk twill, a smooth twill construction that takes print cleanly across the full face. We are our own factory in Hefei, Anhui, so your artwork, label and packing are all handled in-house rather than passed to a trading company.

Digital printing is the usual route for fine detail and many colours, while screen printing suits flat, high-volume art. Colour matching to a Pantone reference or a physical swatch is standard before the run, so the approved shade is the shade that gets printed.

Ordering Quantities and Timing

Stock colours start at 20 pcs per colour, and a custom design starts at 100 pcs; mixed colours and designs combine toward the minimum. Samples take 7-10 days, bulk production 7-14 days after sample approval, and stock items ship in days. Price breaks apply at 100-499 pcs, 500-999 pcs and 1000+ pcs. Because the square is a full-print statement piece, from a logo grid to a full illustration, it is often the item buyers use to carry a brand's identity across a collection.
