How do you stop narrow twillies from twisting in transit?
Roll twillies around a core, secure with a band, and pack flat in cartons to prevent twisting

Narrow twillies are rolled around a small core and secured with a paper band, then packed flat in the carton so they cannot twist or crease in transit.
Rolling - each twilly is rolled from one end around a lightweight core, such as a cardboard tube or rolled tissue, keeping the fabric under even, light tension. This prevents the spiral twist that happens when a loose ribbon is packed flat.
Securing - a paper or card band holds the roll closed. For higher-value orders, a tissue wrap inside the band adds protection without adding bulk.
Carton arrangement - rolls are laid flat in a single layer or in shallow trays, not packed upright or compressed. This keeps the roll shape and avoids pressure creasing on the folded edge.
If you prefer a folded presentation, we fold to a fixed width and interleave with tissue, but rolling is the more reliable method for narrow goods. The exact packing method is confirmed at order stage against your packaging brief.
