How do you colour-match hair accessories to a scarf in the same print?
How matching hair accessories are produced from the same print and fabric as a scarf order

Colour consistency across a range comes from printing the accessories and the scarf from the same artwork file and the same colour recipe, not from matching them afterwards. When the scarf and the hair accessory are produced as one print run, the ground colour and the design tones stay aligned.
Same artwork - the accessory is cut from the same printed layout as the scarf, so the print itself is identical.
Same colourway - the ink recipe is fixed once and applied to both items, which is what keeps a coordinated set looking like a set.
Cut placement - on a small accessory only part of the design is visible, so the placement of the cut within the layout is specified on the sample.
Plan the coordinated order as one line: the same design and colourway across the scarf and the accessory, ordered together so both are produced from the same run. The 20-piece per colour per design minimum applies to each item, so a coordinated range starts at that level per piece. Exact colour approval is confirmed at sample stage.
