How We Make a Silk Headband

We produce the headband as either a knotted band or a self-tie, so it frames the face and keeps hair back at the hairline. The mulberry silk is woven in a fine twill, which keeps the band soft against the head and makes it easy to knot neatly. Prints and solid colours both read well at this scale, so a headband can match a scarf from the same collection.

Because the headband is small, it works as a gift set alongside a small scarf or a twilly. Accessory and gifting buyers use it to add a wearable silk piece at a lower price point than a full scarf. It is an all-year item, not tied to one season.

Ordering and Customisation

Minimum order is 20 pcs per colour from stock, or 100 pcs per design for a custom order, and mixed colours or designs combine toward the minimum. We handle your artwork, label and packing in-house, so the headband is printed and finished in our own factory rather than through a trading company. Sampling takes 7-10 days and bulk production runs 7-14 days after sample approval. Stock items ship in days. Price breaks start at 20-99 pcs list, with about 17% lower at 100-499 pcs, about 28% lower at 500-999 pcs, and about 33% lower at 1000+ pcs.
