Can I order one design across five colourways?

Yes. One design can be ordered across as many colourways as you need, but the 20-piece minimum applies per colour per design, not to the order as a whole.

That means five colourways of a single design require 20 pieces in each colourway, so 100 pieces in total. You cannot spread 20 pieces across five colours and treat that as one minimum.

How to structure it - decide which colourways are core and which are tests. Core colours can carry the full 20 pieces; test colours can be held back until the design proves itself.

Mixing within a colourway - the 20 pieces can be split across sizes within the same colour and design, so a colourway can carry a mix of sizes rather than 20 identical pieces.

Pricing - pricing is tiered and steps down at 100, 500 and 1,000 pieces. Five colourways at 20 pieces each reaches the 100-piece tier, so the per-piece price improves even though each colourway is small.

If you want fewer than 20 pieces in a colourway, the practical route is to consolidate to fewer colours for the first run and add colourways once the design is selling.
