What to send - a physical colour reference is the most reliable: a Pantone chip, a fabric swatch or a previous production piece. Screen colours vary between monitors, so a physical reference removes the guesswork.
What to confirm with the sample - fibre and blend, momme or fabric weight, finished size, trim type, and the label or packaging you intend to use. Changes after sample approval restart the timeline.
After approval - bulk production runs 7-14 days from sample approval, longer during the autumn and winter peak. Minimum order is 20 pieces per colour per design, and colours and designs can be mixed to reach it.
