Bandanas are priced from the same factory-direct structure as every other silk item we make in Hefei: light mulberry silk in a soft, airy twill, cut to the classic 55x55 cm square. Because the piece is small and printed edge to edge, the silk and the print both cost less per unit than a large format scarf, which is exactly why a bandana works as a colour-led add-on rather than the anchor of a range.

Full-bleed prints and repeat logos both run on this size, and the compact format keeps multi-colour artwork affordable. A light twill stops the bandana feeling stiff, so it knots at the neck or ties over the hair without bulk and drops warm by design.

From stock, the minimum is 20 pcs per colour, and mixed colours combine toward that figure. A custom order starts at 100 pcs per design, with mixed designs also combining toward the minimum. List price applies from 20 to 99 pcs; 100 to 499 pcs runs about 17% lower; 500 to 999 pcs about 28% lower; and 1000 pcs and above about 33% lower. Samples take 7-10 days, bulk production 7-14 days after sample approval, and stock items ship in days. Because the squares travel flat, a resort or festival order ships cheaply and sells on colour.
