We supply on a wholesale basis to registered businesses, importers and retailers. All product information, including materials and sizes, is provided in good faith; minor variation between sample and bulk production is normal in textile manufacturing.
Prices are quoted per order and may vary with quantity, material, finish and freight. A quote is valid for the period stated in it. We reserve the right to adjust pricing where raw-material or exchange-rate movements make a quote uneconomic.
Orders are confirmed on receipt of deposit (typically 30%). Production begins on artwork and sample approval. The balance is due before shipment.
You warrant that any artwork or design you supply is yours to use. We retain ownership of our own designs unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Our liability is limited to the value of the goods supplied. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
